Defect inspection is categorized into Class A, B and C, including holes, short bodies, collapsed shells, split bodies, trimmed edges, half-cuts, internal cuts/internal cut scraps, double caps, top dents and so on. There are 26 types of capsule appearance defects and 16 types of printing defects in total.

It comes with self-identification capability to enable quick and easy setup and operation; the personalized design prevents operator fatigue; the machinery requires no oil lubrication to avoid contamination; it features an independent discharge passage for non-conforming products; components can be disassembled effortlessly for routine maintenance and cleaning.
